Welcome to ABC Superstar, an early childhood educational entertainment application owned and operated by Loyalty Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ABC Superstar mobile application, website, educational games, music, videos, animations, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, registering a child, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

All child accounts must be created or authorized by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old or has reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

Children are not permitted to independently register for the Services.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Authorizing their children's participation.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Supervising children's use of the Services.
• Determining whether content is appropriate for their children's ages and individual needs.
• Managing screen time, device settings, and audio volume.
• Monitoring children's responses to educational and entertainment content.

Parents and legal guardians agree to use reasonable judgment and supervision when allowing children to access the Services.

Certain visual patterns, flashing lights, animations, or rapidly changing images may trigger seizures, headaches, dizziness, visual discomfort, or other adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or related sensitivities.

Such risks may include visual fatigue, auditory discomfort, motion-related discomfort, sensory overstimulation, and adverse reactions to flashing or animated content.

By authorizing a child to use ABC Superstar, parents and legal guardians acknowledge these potential risks and accept responsibility for providing appropriate supervision and determining whether the Services are suitable for their children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users voluntarily assume ordinary and inherent risks associated with appropriate use of digital audiovisual content.

Nothing in these Terms waives a child's nonwaivable legal rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

ABC Superstar is an educational entertainment platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized developmental assessments.

Loyalty Technologies LLC does not guarantee that the Services will be suitable for every child's individual medical, sensory, neurological, or developmental needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from ordinary use of the Services, including claims involving sensory discomfort or adverse reactions to audiovisual content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, violations of applicable law, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ABC Superstar may offer beta testing, pilot programs, or early-access opportunities to registered families.

Beta versions may contain incomplete features, technical errors, unexpected interruptions, or functionality that differs from the final commercial release.
